the location was convenient for accessing local attractions. i also appreciated the oceanfront location that offered fine views from the room.

super clean room friendly staff cute staff poor beach bad sun-beds no towel station
the room was super clean. housekeepers were proud of their work (i could tell). they always greeted me with a smile and asked how we were when we saw them. every member of staff were cute and friendly.
the beach area was poor. sun-beds were in bad condition. i learned we needed to get towels from the hotel pools as there was no towel station at the beach.

great design live singer friendly team
the restaurant displayed beautiful design the live singer added charm to lunch the food tasted fantastic i thank my server gabby for fulfilling my requests with a smile. the room was spacious it was also clean and bright a large bathtub was present and clean. breakfast in the club lounge was relaxing and friendly the team in the lounge worked hard to ensure i was comfortable
the beach lacked adequate facilities i found no towel station i saw a port-a-loo cabin behind the family pool far from the beach.

great vibe really good service comfortable atmosphere tired look needed refurbishment
The underground pub had a fantastic vibe. Our server Irish provided really good service!!! We felt really looked after there.
I found the hotel looked tired. It definitely needs some refurbishment. It really disturbed the peace.

spacious garden nice pool early arrival
the garden was spacious with a nice pool. we enjoyed dinners outdoors. i was happy our room was ready upon our early morning arrival. i really appreciate that the hotel allowed us to use it early.

comfortable bed good service
The bed was REALLY comfortable. Staff provided good service and were kind. Cresilda organized our room and kept it clean. The beach is nice and good for relaxation. The pool is also nice. There are many restaurants and a sports bar in the hotel. It is easy to walk to places like the mall.

The hotel provides easy walking access to nearby areas. It is also close to a traffic-free marina. This location allows for both lively exploration and more relaxed activities near the water. I CONSIDER this hotel's location to be very convenient.

The gym is spacious. It is well equipped and open 24/7 for guest convenience. There are many sun beds and parasols on the private beach. A golf buggy service is available for transport through the pool and garden area.
